This privacy policy (the “Policy”) explains what data “K LEAGUE TV” collects from you through our interactions with you and through our services via our websites, apps and digital platforms (each a“Service,” and collectively, the “Services”).

Your data will be collected and processed by K League and Sportradar from our website and OTT platform. This means that this notice applies when “K LEAGUE TV” determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
1.2. The personal data collected and processed by K LEAGUE TV when you register and access our website and our application will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of Korea (“GDPR”) and any other applicable law on privacy and data protection.
“K LEAGUE TV” platform may contain links to third party websites that are not covered by this privacy statement. “K LEAGUE TV” does not assume any responsibility for the websites of third parties.
We strongly encourage you to take the time to read this notice in its entirety. If you do not accept this notice, please do not provide us with your personal data.
2.PURPOSES
The data shall be processed for the purposes of measuring your behavior on our website and platform to provide access to exclusive content and services for users.
Likewise, and always provided that you have expressed your consent by checking the respective boxes for the said purposes provided in the registration form, we may process your data to:
- Operate our business, including providing and improving the “Services”, to fulfill transactions that you request, to deliver location-based “Services” and comply with territorial restrictions, to diagnose and fix problems with the “Services” and providing other customer support services and to analyze users’ behaviors on how they use the “Services”

3. DATA WE COLLECT AND RECEIVE
When you register for K LEAGUE TV, we may collect data and information from you or from other sources. This “data” may be information that you directly provide to us, such as personal information including your email address, first and last name, country which your IP address comes, password and preferred team, as well as acceptance of the newsletter, when you visit and sign up for the “Services”. There is also information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as anonymous information and IP address collected from your browser or device. The categories of other sources from which we collect personal data include our affiliates, partners, vendors, data brokers and public sources.
4. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Your data shall not be transferred, sold, rented or made available in any other way to any third party, except to those which supply services to K League and Sportradar, which perform certain activities for both K League and Sportradar (such as sending the newsletter), but that in no case shall process the data for their own purposes. Some of these suppliers may be located outside of the based countries of K League and Sportradar.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to provide the “Services” and to collect data. In addition, third parties may also use either cookies or similar technologies when any “Services” contain content or advertisements delivered by third parties and/or any of “Services” are operated or run by third party. These Tracking Technologies include but not limited to
1) Cookies, which enables K LEAGUE TV to recognize the User on his/her next visit and to align the offer of the websites and applications with the User’s interests; they either last only while your browser is open and automatically deleted when you close your browser, which is called “session-based” or last until you delete them by setting of own browser.
2) The Users’ IP address, connection data, browser type and version, the date and time the User visits our websites or applications, and a cookie number.
The types of cookies that we may place on your browser can be grouped into three groups:
- Functional cookies: we use these cookies to ensure a good browsing experience on our website and our application.

6. DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
All of the data that you provide to us will be processed indefinitely as long as you continue being a member of K LEAGUE TV, or until K LEAGUE TV, by any way according to the technology available at the moment, considers that you don’t have interest in continue being a member of K LEAGUE TV or receiving their communications. Once you unsubscribe the “Service” shall using your anonymized data for statistical purposes or market analysis, whenever possible, or duly blocked to comply with any legal obligation of K League and Sportradar.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
We may transfer your personal data to trusted and aligned third parties located outside of the based country (Switzerland) of K LEAGUE TV. We may disclose your personal data to affiliated partners and companies located outside of the based country of K LEAGUE TV.
When we transfer your personal data to a third party outside of the based country of K LEAGUE TV or in countries that do not offer the same level of protection for personal data, we have put in place adequate measures to protect your data.

K LEAGUE TV does not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes set out in section 2 of this notice.

12. POLICY CHANGES
K LEAGUE TV reserves the right to update, change, modify, add or amend this Policy by posting a new version on its website.
